History
The Johor Bahru Post Office Building, originally known as the Johor Hotel, was completed in 1899. In 1927, due to declining business conditions, the late Ibrahim ordered the Government offices to be relocated to the Johor Hotel building.
Significance
Since then, it has served as a post office, known as the General Post Office Johor Bahru, located in Jalan Ibrahim.

The Johor Bahru post office building is only a five-minute walk away from JOTIC, and also has a dedicated bus-stop that routes to other locations.
